Resources for Collegiate Play
Many Stars United and PA Crew Alumni have continued to play at a collegiate level. Information about the recruiting process, requirements, and player and parent guidelines are contained in the links below. There will be frequent updates to this page so check back early and often and feel free to share your experiences. remember that as parents, your job is to support the process and that the Athlete should own it.
The process is starting earlier and earlier across every sport, there are rules and guidelines that you need to understand and adhere to, much of that information is found in the NCAA Eligibility Center that is linked below.
The guidelines for initial eligibility
have changed for the class of 2016 and beyond. It is important to understand these requirements when meeting with your guidance counselor in 8th and 9th grade. Take this document with you.

Recruiting Tools - having and online profile with highlight videos is an important part of the process. There are lots of tools and resources available. One thing to remember is that while college is an investment in your child's future, the recruiting process is an investment too, primarily in time and effort.
